Hi Guys , how's it going. My name is Ankur ,welcome to channel. Guys in this video I want to share with you how to stay in great shape with a 9-5 job.
I, myself have a 9-5 job and the tips I share in this video are from my personal experience.
First of all guys , you don't need to go to gym more than 3 days a week . I recommend 3 day full body routine something like the following :-
Workout A Squats 3×6-10
Bench Press 3×8-12
Barbell Row 3×8-12
Overhead Cable/dumbbell Extension 2×10-12
Barbell/Dumbbell Preacher Curl 2×10-12
Stiff-Legged Deadlift/Good Morning 2-3×8-12
Ab wheel roll-out 2 sets till failure
Workout B
Overhead Press 3×6-8
Trap-Bar Deadlift 2×4-8
Close-Grip Bench Press 3×6-8
Chin-up 3×6-8 (add weight if necessary)
Split Squats 3x10-12
Incline curl 2x8-12
Overhead Tricep extension 2x8-12

For Nutrition, I recommend you always carry high protein snacks and eating out with some smart strategies which I share in the video
After Nutrition, Sleep is the most important factor for muscle growth and fat loss. I recommend you take 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
I also talk about some caffeine consumption strategies in the video which will help you maximize the effects of caffeine for your workout performance
